We’re a women-focused fitness and wellness studio offering personal training, group classes, holistic nutrition, and community-based health programs. Our science-backed approach helps members build strength, confidence, and connection — both inside and outside the studio.
These Terms of Use govern your use of livelyxstudio.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Lively X Studio LLC, a California limited liability company (“Lively X Studio,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Payments
Payments are processed through Recess TV, a third-party service provider. By making a purchase, you agree to Recess TV’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Lively X Studio is not responsible for third-party practices or policies.
You are solely responsible for any fees or charges related to your internet provider, mobile carrier, or payment method.
Your Use of the Online Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Online Services in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Site except where permitted.
Scrape, aggregate, or repurpose Site data.

User License Grant to Lively X Studio

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, in accordance with the rules of JAMS. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
