As a marathon coach, HYROX Pro athlete, and sports nutritionist, Laura specializes in helping women train with purpose — whether they're preparing for a race, improving body composition, losing weight, or simply becoming stronger for everyday life. When she's not coaching in the studio or working with clients, you'll find Laura hiking with her rescue pit bull, Ella, traveling the globe, training for her next endurance event, or creating high-protein recipes in her kitchen.

With a background as a high school and club swim coach, she blends serious strength-and-conditioning smarts with a coaching style that’s all heart (and a little attitude). Whether she’s crushing HYROX, pounding pavement in half-marathons, or conquering 100+ mile bike rides, she walks the walk—and then some. Her mission? To help women ditch doubt, lift heavy, and step boldly into their FULL potential. Let’s get strong, ladies!

Mom of three (plus two fur babies) has been unstoppable since her fitness journey kicked off in 2020. What began as a personal mission to find balance and strength quickly turned into a full-blown passion for empowering others to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable through movement. From HIIT, TRX to Zumba and Circuit Training, she brings the heat with dynamic, high-energy workouts that blend strength, cardio, and core to keep you challenged and inspired. She’s also the ultimate hype coach for moms — leading group fitness classes designed to move, sweat, and connect (little ones included!).

Spartan, HYROX & Strength Coach
Over the past nine years, Richie completed 80+ Spartan & Tough Mudder races, earned 17 Spartan trifectas, HYROX in relay, singles & partner divisions, run 20 half marathons + 1 full marathon, and tackled everything from 50K trail races to Mt. Fuji and a trek through Nepal. When I’m not training, you’ll find me golfing, casually walk around with a 30-lb plate in my backpack, or dialing in the perfect espresso on my Breville. I love the energy, camaraderie, and confidence that come from showing up and doing hard things together. I’m here to help people push their limits, celebrate their wins, and enjoy the journey—one workout, race, and espresso shot at a time.

Her passion for movement began at 4 years old through dance & gymnastics, and evolved into competitive fit model bodybuilding. In 2017, Jenn deepened her commitment to fitness, taking on everything from half marathons to boxing and weightlifting. Jenn loves partnering with clients to help them discover their own love for fitness - no matter their age or experience level. Whether the goal is building strength, improving mobility, or simply feeling better day-to-day, she takes a smart, simplified approach that emphasizes sustainable habits & realistic expectations —so results feel achievable and lasting.

Women 50+ Strength Coach
An ISSA-certified personal trainer with over 12 years of strength training experience and a strong athletic foundation rooted in Eastern martial arts, including Aikido (red belt), Tai Chi, and military Qigong, along with boxing and fitness model preparation. She is Russian-speaking and holds a degree in psychology. Anastasiia specializes in helping women train with confidence, break through plateaus, and build lean & strong physiques. You can expect sessions that are challenging, supportive, and empowering—designed to help you feel strong, confident, and proud of your body.

Her passion for movement began early as a competitive swimmer, ultimately competing as a D1 athlete. After stepping away from the pool, she found a new love for the energy, motivation, and connection that comes from group fitness. With over seven years of experience in the fitness industry, Megan blends strength training, HIIT, and cardio to create challenging, empowering workouts that build confidence and real results. She’s especially passionate about helping women build real strength, confidence, and results—while keeping workouts fun, and something you actually look forward to showing up for.
With a rich background in barre, pilates, and mindfulness, she seamlessly blends strength, grounding breath-work, and intention. Her sessions are designed to challenge and uplift, awakening everyday muscles and pushing you beyond perceived limits. Expect the shakes and quakes as you hold empowering poses that connect mind and body. Beyond the physical, she fosters a supportive space where women can discover their inner power and confidence. With over 2,000 students trained across the Bay Area, she has built a reputation for blending artistry & unapologetic flair. From Broadway to Madonna, she’s done it all — performing, choreographing, and teaching across the globe, from Africa to Germany. Her work with local non-profits and high schools allows her to keep pouring her passion into the next generation of movers and dreamers. Now back where it all began, she is on a mission to help dancers tap into their full potential.

With a background as a seasoned product & operations leader in tech, she brings years of experience building teams & ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes! She was one of Laura’s very 1st PT clients & quickly fell in love with strength training — these days you’ll find her lifting heavy or training for HYROX. As the Business Operations Lead, she keeps the studio running smoothly so both clients & coaches have a wonderful experience. You’ll see her in classes, around the studio, and occasionally alongside her four-legged sidekick, Scout.
