HOW IT WORKS

Create Your Lively Account

  • Sign up through our website or download our studio app to manage your classes, memberships, and personal training sessions.

  • Choose your class from the schedule and reserve your spot. You will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know.

The Essentials

  • You’ll begreet by our coaches who will show you around the studio.

  • We provide towels, mats, and equipment. We also have a refillable water stations (please bring a water bottle).

  • Wear comfy workout clothes, sneakers for strength classes, and socks for Sculpt/Pilates.

  • Classes are small groups (6-16 women) so you get plenty of attention and support. Your coach will explain the workout, demonstrate movements, and offer options so you can work at your level—beginner to advanced
