Welcome! You’re about to start a journey to feel strong, confident, and empowered—both in and out of the studio. At Lively X Studio, we specialize in women-focused fitness, holistic nutrition coaching, and supportive community-based workouts.

Step 3: What to Expect at Your 1st Visit
Your first visit is all about comfort and guidance. Here’s what you need to know:
Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign in & put away your belongings.
Gear: Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water. We do not provide water bottles, but there is a refillable water station. Towels and mats are provided.
Orientation: A trainer will walk you through the space, answer questions, and help you feel at home.

To ensure that your spot is not released to the waitlist, please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of your class. To be respectful to other students, the instructor, and to prevent injuries, there will be no entry allowed 10 minutes after the class has started. In the event that you arrive after the cut off time, the class pass will be forfeited.

We are located downtown Palo Alto near Whole Foods. We have parking on site, as well as street parking.

We keep found items for 2 weeks before donating them to a local charity. If you forgot something, please check with the studio hosts or contact the studio by phone. We are not responsible for lost items.

While we do not offer free trial classes. We have New Client Deals, only available for first-time visitors. Get 2 weeks of Unlimited Classes for $99 or Buy 1 Class & get the 2nd Class on Us for $30.

Unfortunately, we can not extend expiration dates. Terms and conditions are stated on each package. Any unused classes by expiration date will be forfeited. If you need to pause or cancel your membership - it must be requested before the membership renews.

Our coaches are trained to work with your body, not against it. Whether you're dealing with a past injury, managing something chronic, or bouncing back from a tweak, we’ve got you. Just chat with your coach before class so we can tailor your session—no judgment, just solutions.

Yes, mama—we’ve got you. 💪 Our classes are designed by certified female trainers who understand the unique needs of pregnancy and postpartum bodies. We offer safe, smart modifications to support you through every trimester and stage of recovery.

While we don’t offer on-site childcare, we understand that life happens—and we’re here for our moms! You're welcome to bring your little one during personal training sessions or select classes.
If your child is over 3 years old and can play independently for the duration of the session (approximately 45 minutes) while remaining in your line of sight and without disrupting the class environment, they are more than welcome to join you.
Please note that parents are fully responsible for their children at all times. In the event of any disruptions, we may kindly ask that you step out to maintain the experience for all participants.

We welcome everyone ages 12 and older. Students under the age of 16 must either be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or with parental approval.

YES! We offer personal training for all fitness levels. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an advanced lifter, your sessions are tailored to meet your specific fitness goals.

What to Bring: Just bring yourself & a water bottle - we’ve got the rest (towels, mats, weights & good energy)
What to Wear: Fitted stretchy workout attire, sports bra, tank, shorts, leggings
Pilates classes are usually done in socks
Strength classes require sneakers
