Our philosophy is rooted in education, empowerment & balance. We offer weight loss coaching, pre/postalnatal support & sport-related events!
Each of programs is unique to you! We start with a full nutrition assessment followed by real time feedback to get you started right away!

Hyrox Training
Ready to train like an athlete & crush your next HYROX? Our 8-week series is designed to build the endurance, strength & strategy you need to take on the ultimate fitness race!
What’s included:
Weekly In-Person Class (90 min): Learn race techniques, tackle HYROX-style workouts, and train with a community that pushes you further.
8-Week Structured Run Plan:
Nutrition Plan: Practical guidance to fuel your training, speed recovery, & prep for race day.
Race Simulations: Two in-class HYROX simulations to test your pacing, confidence & game-day readiness.
