THE LIVELY FOUNDER
I’m the founder of Lively X Studio and LXS Kitchen — a women-focused fitness studio and holistic nutrition coaching space based in Palo Alto, California. With over a decade of experience in fitness, nutrition, and behavior change coaching, my mission is to empower women to feel strong, confident, and in control of their health — both in and out of the gym.
Armed with two master’s degrees in nutrition, I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, giving me the tools to blend science and soul in every program I design for women. From my days as an NFL cheerleader to leading tech start-ups to now creating transformative movement experiences, I’ve learned that true strength starts from within and built with a community!
At LXS, I’ve built a sanctuary where women can build muscle, boost confidence, and reconnect with themselves. My mission is simple: to help women become the strongest, most empowered versions of themselves.

With over 2,000 students trained across the Bay Area, she has built a reputation for blending artistry & unapologetic flair. From Broadway to Madonna, she’s done it all — performing, choreographing, and teaching across the globe, from Africa to Germany. Her work with local non-profits and high schools allows her to keep pouring her passion into the next generation of movers and dreamers. Now back where it all began, she is on a mission to help dancers tap into their full potential.

Mom of three (plus two fur babies) has been unstoppable since her fitness journey kicked off in 2020. What began as a personal mission to find balance and strength quickly turned into a full-blown passion for empowering others to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable through movement. From HIIT, TRX to Zumba and Circuit Training, she brings the heat with dynamic, high-energy workouts that blend strength, cardio, and core to keep you challenged and inspired. She’s also the ultimate hype coach for moms — leading group fitness classes designed to move, sweat, and connect (little ones included!).

Our four-legged motivator, resident pit puppy, and all-around bundle of energy! When she’s not wagging tails and stealing hearts, Ella’s busy supervising workouts, offering moral support, and reminding everyone that sniff breaks are just as important as sweat breaks. With endless enthusiasm she makes every class a little brighter and every studio visit a little more joyful. Whether she’s cheering on clients, greeting new friends, or sneaking in a nap mid-stretch, she embodies the spirit of community, play, and unconditional love that makes Lively X Studio feel like home.

Tone Arms: This high-energy workout is designed for women who want to fire up their arms & define their core! We mix bodyweight moves with light dumbbells & a touch of HIIT to create sleek, strong, & confident arms. Perfect for feeling feminine, from every angle!
Power Pilates: This class is made for women looking to lengthen, lift & sculpt every inch while breaking a sweat! We’re not just doing crunches on a mat. This class uses a variety of items from Pilates rings/balls, resistance bands & dumbbells from 2-10 lbs. The spotlight is on your core!
Total Body Burn: Made for women who are looking to build lean muscle, boost endurance & level up their core strength! This class is the ultimate trifecta — bodyweight moves, dumbbells & sliders—to hit every major muscle group & get you feeling toned, powerful & unstoppable!
Booty Burn: This high-energy workout is made just for women who want to build strength, shape & tone that booty! We’re talkin’ booty bands + dumbbells for next-level glute activation, resistance training, & core stability—because a lifted, sculpted booty doesn’t happen by accident. It happens HERE.

CIRCUT STRENGTH TRAINING
LXS circuit-style sweat sesh builds muscle & boosts endurance like a boss lady. We’re bringing out ALL the toys out — dumbbells, battle ropes, plyo boxes & more—to push your limits & keep your workouts anything but boring. Expect targeted exercises that sculpt, strengthen & leave you feeling like a total badass!

Upper Body Plyo: Say goodbye to boring arm days. This class blends upper body strength training with plyometric bursts to tone your shoulders, back, arms, and core! This class is for the girlies, not the bros!
Total Body: Hit every major muscle group in this weekend strength session designed to build balance, power and endurance. We offer both beginner-friendly and seasoned options!
Total Body Conditioning: Strength + Stamina combining conditioning drills to sculpt lean muscle, boost endurance, and light up every major muscle group. This is for my HYROX Babes! Come sweat & leave stronger!
Glutes + Abs: Expect a mix of slow burners and power moves that leave your booty sore in the best way. Low impact. High reward. Booty-ful results.

To ensure that your spot is not released to the waitlist, please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of your class. To be respectful to other students, the instructor, and to prevent injuries, there will be no entry allowed 10 minutes after the class has started. In the event that you arrive after the cut off time, the class pass will be forfeited.

We are located downtown Palo Alto near Whole Foods. We have parking on site, as well as street parking.

We keep found items for 2 weeks before donating them to a local charity. If you forgot something, please check with the studio hosts or contact the studio by phone. We are not responsible for lost items.

While we do not offer free trial classes. We have New Client Deals, only available for first-time visitors. Get 2 weeks of Unlimited Classes for $99 or Buy 1 Class & get the 2nd Class on Us for $30.

Unfortunately, we can not extend expiration dates. Terms and conditions are stated on each package. Any unused classes by expiration date will be forfeited. If you need to pause or cancel your membership - it must be requested before the membership renews.

Our coaches are trained to work with your body, not against it. Whether you're dealing with a past injury, managing something chronic, or bouncing back from a tweak, we’ve got you. Just chat with your coach before class so we can tailor your session—no judgment, just solutions.

Yes, mama—we’ve got you. 💪 Our classes are designed by certified female trainers who understand the unique needs of pregnancy and postpartum bodies. We offer safe, smart modifications to support you through every trimester and stage of recovery.

While we don’t offer on-site childcare, we understand that life happens—and we’re here for our moms! You're welcome to bring your little one during personal training sessions or select classes.
If your child is over 3 years old and can play independently for the duration of the session (approximately 45 minutes) while remaining in your line of sight and without disrupting the class environment, they are more than welcome to join you.
Please note that parents are fully responsible for their children at all times. In the event of any disruptions, we may kindly ask that you step out to maintain the experience for all participants.

We welcome everyone ages 12 and older. Students under the age of 16 must either be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or with parental approval.

YES! We offer personal training for all fitness levels. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an advanced lifter, your sessions are tailored to meet your specific fitness goals.
