Total Body Burn: If you want a leaner, stronger body—and you don’t have time to guess your way there - this is your class. TBB is the ultimate trifecta — combining bodyweight moves, dumbbells & sliders — to hit every major muscle group!

Booty Burn: If you want a stronger, lifted, more powerful lower body — this is your class. Booty Burn uses bands, dumbbells, and resistance to activate, sculpt, and strengthen where it counts. Walk out stronger and feeling very aware of your glutes (in the best way).

Core Burn: If you want a core that supports real life — standing, lifting, moving without discomfort - this is your class. When crunches alone don’t cut it, Core Burn gives you strength + stability with intentional core activation and metabolic intervals so your body feels resilient, balanced, and capable — in everyday moments + workouts.

CIRCUT STRENGTH TRAINING
Total Body: We offer both beginner-friendly and advanced options! Expect timed stations, a mix of strength + cardio that keeps things moving, dumbbells & functional equipment, + options and modifications at every station!
Beginners:
Strength and confidence — shouldn’t feel intimidating. In our beginner Total Body Circuit, we guide you step by step with supportive coaching and accessible strength training so you feel strong, capable, and excited to come back.
Perfect if you: Are new to strength training or getting back into it!
Advanced:
This class is for the athletes and the women who love a challenge that matches their drive.We give you heavy sets, dynamic circuits and advanced coaching to push your limits and unlock next-level strength and endurance.
Perfect if you: Want to lift heavier and push harder.

This class blends strength and endurance drills to build lean muscle, boost cardio capacity, and keep your energy high. You’ll work hard, feel powerful, and finish stronger than you started.
