  • Glutes & ABs: Fire up your core & build your strongest glutes. This class combines glute-focused strength, core stability, and controlled burn to help you build shape, strength, and definition. Expect hip thrusts, deadlifts, pulses, and core finishers that will have you shaking (in the best way).

  • Arms & ABs:Sculpt your upper body and strengthen from the inside out!
