    Each of programs is unique to you! We start with a full nutrition assessment followed by real time feedback to get you started right away!

    This holiday season, let’s move for a cause and spread some joy!

    Lively X Studio is hosting a Toy Drive to support local children & families in need.

    Please drop off any new & unwrapped toys, books, gift cards at the studio! All toys will be dropped off on Nov 30th & dropped off at our local fire department in Palo Alto!

Hyrox Training

Ready to train like an athlete & crush your next HYROX? Our 8-week series is designed to build the endurance, strength & strategy you need to take on the ultimate fitness race!

  • Weekly In-Person Class (90 min): Learn race techniques, tackle HYROX-style workouts, and train with a community that pushes you further.
