*Security deposit is non-refundable after Oct 24th. Payments made in full if cancel will receive the following:

• >4 weeks, fully refundable (before Oct 24th)

• 3 weeks, 50% refund (Oct 25)

• 2 weeks, 25% refund (Nov 1)
